Founded in 1979 by Fred Shaub, EESI is a design consulting firm concentrating in the mechanical, plumbing and electrical disciplines. With our main office centrally located in Corvallis and a branch office in Portland, we service a diverse portfolio of clients including education, commercial, healthcare, and industrial facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest.

EESI is unique in that we are personalized just right for small projects, yet structured and experienced to take on large design and construction management projects as well. In addition to our design services, we also specialize in condition assessments, commissioning, and energy upgrades.
