Fred Shaub, P.E., C.S.E, M.E., Principal, has 38 years of design experience
in new, remodeling and renovation of mechanical systems, and building automation
& controls experience. Mr. Shaub's diverse facility operations, maintenance,
design, construction management, and commissioning experience brings
comprehensive HVAC & BAS design & implementation skills to each project. Ron Anderson, P.E., C.S.E., Principal, has 37 years experience in the design, calibration, & installation of HVAC controls and has authored several published articles on controls. Mr. Anderson pioneered and incorporated the new dynamic control concept into EESI's award-winning (BAS) computer software. Design work includes providing as-built control drawings and control operation manuals. Mr. Anderson is innovative in designing custom control sequencing, has comprehensive background in data management, software management, and energy data monitoring, collection, and compilation. Steve Barney, C.E., has over 25 years experience as an energy analyst and BAS design and commissioner for institutional and commercial buildings. Mr. Barney is the team lead in building and system surveys, energy auditing, and Oregon energy code compliance. Mr. Barney is a certified commissioning agent. Ben Bolen, M.E. Engineering Technician, Mr. Bolen provides field office support, word processing, and spreadsheet services for studies, BAS graphics, presentations, and administrative correspondence. Mr. Bolen is working towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Portland State University. Mr. Bolen provides commissioning assistance including BAS sequence, trend logs, field point verification, & lighting controls sensor setup. |
Peter Sanford, B.S., Construction Manager, has a Degree in Construction
Engineering Management and has 23 years of experience in general construction,
with over six years specifically in plumbing retrofit and fire sprinkler design
work. Alan Wright, M.E.,Mr. Wright has 11 years engineering experience. Mr. Wright is a HVAC controls engineer and commissioning agent for EESI. Current responsibilities are the preparation of HVAC controls specification for formal bid requests, trouble shoot existing HVAC systems, and commission building management systems for new construction. Connie Kenning, CAD, Ms. Kenning is a civil/mechancial CAD technician with over 25 years of manual and computer design experience. Attention to detail, ability to produce clear, complete drawing packages, and an enthusiasm for all aspects of a project make Ms. Kenning an asset to our design team. Curtis Strobehn, CAD,Mr. Strobehn provides AutoCAD services. Kelly Guenther,Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator, Mrs. Guenther has over 18 years office experience. Mrs. Guenther provides payroll and billing services, technical formatting and word processing services for studies, specifications, administrative correspondence, marketing proposals, and prepares reports with spreadsheet expertise and presentations as required.
